We aim to provide prompt and efficient service. Please review our scheduling policies:

  • Online booking or calling ahead is encouraged to secure your preferred time slot.

  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

  • Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

  • No-shows may incur a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Payments & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, and online payment portals.

5. Personal Conduct

Clients are expected to engage respectfully with our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, RealLedgers Financial is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final financial reports and submissions.

All content, tools, and materials shared by RealLedgers remain the intellectual property of the firm and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
